Billing FAQ
A credit is how we price the work that runs on our servers. One credit covers one minute of HQ audio transcription; stems cost 2 credits a minute and score scanning 2 credits a page. Every tool shows the exact cost before you convert, and browser tools never use credits.
Plan credits are valid for the billing month they arrive in and don't roll over. Credit packs never expire. The 5 credits you get when you sign up are valid for 30 days. Your balance and each grant's expiry date are listed under Credits in your account.
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, so this period's credits stay usable until then. Pack credits you bought separately aren't affected and keep their never-expire status.
If an HQ job fails on our side, the credits it reserved go straight back to your balance, and the result screen tells you so. You can retry, switch to the free Fast mode, or report the file so we can look at what went wrong.
Our refund policy is being finalized and will be published on this page before launch. Until then, if a purchase didn't work out for you, contact us through Support in your account settings and include your order number.
Yes. Every browser tool is free with no daily cap: the MIDI player and editor, MIDI to MP3 and WAV, key, BPM and chord finders, transpose, and voice to MIDI. Fast transcription is free to hear in full, and a free account adds 5 credits and a daily HQ preview.
Yes. Credit packs are one-time purchases: 50 credits for $9.99 or 150 credits for $24.99. They never expire and work with every HQ tool. The 50-credit pack is also what “Unlock this file” buys from inside a tool.
No. Yearly plans are billed once a year, but credits arrive every month: 60 a month on Pro and 200 a month on Premium, each batch valid for its month. Paying yearly saves about 34% compared with twelve monthly payments.
